OneCareer Unveils New Logo to Mark 10th Anniversary Milestone

OneCareer Celebrates 10 Years with a New Logo

In 2025, OneCareer will proudly celebrate its 10th anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. To commemorate this occasion, the Tokyo-based career data platform company has reimagined its logo, refreshing its brand identity in alignment with its mission: "Creating careers as unique as the individuals themselves."

The logo redesign is accompanied by a rebranding of its services. The newly consolidated service names are as follows:
  • - ONE CAREER and ONE CAREER CLOUD will now be unified under the brand name ワンキャリア (OneCareer).
  • - The career transition support service, formerly known as ONE CAREER PLUS, has been renamed ワンキャリア転職 (OneCareer Recruiting).

Background of the Change

Since its inception, OneCareer has aimed to provide a platform where job seekers and companies can leverage comprehensive data to make informed career choices. Over the years, it has achieved impressive milestones, including surpassing 2 million registered members and partnering with over 5,000 companies. By demystifying career data often considered a black box, the platform has been instrumental in reducing mismatches in career choices.

In recent years, OneCareer has intensified its offerings by enhancing various categories such as regions, industries, and job types while incorporating new technologies like AI and generative AI into its service enhancements. This strategic focus has broadened its user base, fostering inclusivity.

As the company reaches its 10th anniversary, the decision to adopt the katakana name ワンキャリア reflects a desire for a more approachable and relatable brand image, making the platform even more accessible to a wider audience.

Commitment to Safety and Trust

OneCareer aims to continue building trust with job seekers and companies by providing safe, reliable services. As the company embarks on this new chapter, it seeks to reinforce its role as a leader in the human resource industry, enhancing its offerings to better serve its users.

Vision from Leadership

According to Naoyuki Miyashita, CEO and President of OneCareer, "Since our founding, we have dedicated ourselves to genuinely engaging with every individual’s career journey. The logo refresh aims to resonate more with our users and elevate our brand's sophistication. We strive to be the leading company in the recruitment industry, continually challenging ourselves to evolve. We greatly appreciate your continued support."
