On February 20, 2023, a significant networking event will be held in Tokyo to discuss the development and discovery of talent for the expansion of the food industry into international markets. This event is organized by the Global Food Value Chain (GFVC) Promotion Council, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries.

The GFVC Promotion Council orchestrates various initiatives each year to advance opportunities for food-related companies to expand overseas, which includes hosting seminars and delegations. This year, the focus will be on addressing the challenges of talent development and discovery in the restaurant and food production sectors. A roundtable session will allow local core businesses to share best practices and discuss strategies for overcoming hurdles facing international expansion.

To participate, fill out the registration form available on our website. This seminar is exclusively for in-person attendance, and there will be no online streaming.
  • - Registration Period: From January 16, 2023, to February 18, 2023, by 5:00 PM.

The event is open to all interested parties, not limited to GFVC Promotion Council members. However, please note that registration may close if the participant limit of approximately 50 is reached before the deadline.
