Exploring the Power of Individuality in Organizations: FFS Theory Workshop in Tokyo

Discovering Individuality’s Power in Organizations

On July 26, 2025, a unique workshop titled "Understanding the Power of Individuality in Organizations: FFS Theory Experience Workshop" will take place in Tokyo, Japan. This event is organized by Trustyyle, a company led by CEO Yosuke Yoshida, and hosted at the Human Resources Library, a community hub designed for HR professionals. The workshop aims to delve into the Five Factors and Stress (FFS) Theory, which provides insightful understanding into individual traits and their implications for effective organizational management.

Workshop Overview

The FFS theory workshop will focus on helping participants explore the concept of individuality and how it can be instrumental in enhancing team dynamics and management practices. Before the event, attendees will take an FFS personal assessment, the results of which will guide the team formation and activities on the workshop day. This hands-on experience ensures that the theoretical knowledge is not just left to interpretation but is practically applied and understood.

Renowned experts in organizational development, Kei Etsu Sakai and Hozo Hattori from relate Inc., will serve as instructors for this workshop. They both come with extensive backgrounds in consulting and organizational management and will take participants through the fundamentals of the FFS theory and its application to team management and composition.
