Vertical Discussion: Engaging with Management - 'Love Letter to the CEO'
This segment aims to deepen the understanding of decision-making backgrounds and how to communicate value and vision effectively. Participants will delve into integrated reporting and conduct visits to various corporate executives, enhancing the dialogue between management and design teams.
2.
Horizontal Discussion: Post-Management Changes via AI
This theme will explore how technological advancements, such as generative AI, will transform creative processes and team management across industries. By reevaluating the approaches to utilizing, assessing, and creating with AI, participants will learn to enhance the quality of creativity and collaboration within teams.

- - Spin-off Sessions:
- A discussion for young professionals (ages 20-30).
- A discussion for new leaders (1-3 years in leadership roles).

- - Cost: ¥550,000 per company per year (excluding tax).
- - Application Deadline: April 20, 2026 (Applications may close early if the maximum number of participants is reached).
