Southwire Company, LLC has made significant strides in enhancing its executive leadership team with the recent addition of three new executives along with expanded responsibilities for two current leaders. This strategic move underscores Southwire's ongoing commitment to long-term value creation for its stakeholders.

As part of this announcement, Nick Brazis will join Southwire as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Brazis comes from Pentair, Inc, where he was responsible for all finance and accounting functions. With over 20 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at both 3M and Caterpillar, Brazis is expected to bring valuable insights and a fresh perspective to Southwire. He expressed his eagerness to contribute to the company's legacy and its ambitious future vision. "I’m passionate about building teams, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering meaningful results," he stated.

In addition to Brazis, Elizabeth Spence will take on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief People and Culture Officer. Previously the Chief Human Resources Officer at Graphic Packaging, Spence offers a wealth of experience in human resources, strategic communications, and business transformation. She has held various prominent positions throughout her career at top organizations such as Coca-Cola and AT&T. Spence believes her experience will support Southwire's established culture and drive innovative practices, which are crucial for business performance.

Christy Wright, who has been with Southwire since 2007, will see her responsibilities expand as the Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain and Business Systems Officer. Having served in several leadership roles, Wright will now focus on enhancing the company's procurement strategy and vertical integration efforts. She emphasizes the need for continuous improvement, which will support Southwire's growth objectives while remaining competitive in the marketplace.

Moreover, Burt Fealing, who serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Sustainability Officer, will also lead Southwire's Operational Sustainability and Community Affairs teams. Fealing recognizes the impact of sustainability on organizational performance, stating, "When sustainability is woven into every aspect of how we deliver value, its impact reaches far beyond financial results."

Finally, Jeff Fleece will step in as the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer. Fleece previously held the CIO position at Baker Hughes, where he oversaw the digital transformation initiatives. His experience will be invaluable as Southwire looks to further advance its digital strategy within the electrical industry.
