Scott Teerlinck, the President and CEO, announced his departure to explore new opportunities outside the company, effective from January 31, 2025. The Board of Directors is now in the process of implementing its succession plan and will commence a search for a new CEO shortly. In the interim, Kristi Dahlke, the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will step in as interim CEO.
