Starting March 2nd, Udon Shikoku invites everyone to indulge in the flavors of spring with a special fair featuring exclusive seasonal menu items. Operating in Hokkaido, Osaka, and Hyogo, Udon Shikoku is well-known for its authentic Sanuki udon, and this limited-time offering showcases the best seasonal ingredients.

The spring fair includes three new dishes, all designed to highlight the freshness and flavor of spring produce. First up, we have the Deep-Fried Sakura Shrimp and New Onion Tempura Udon topped with a refreshing sauce. Priced at 1,000 yen (tax included 1,100 yen), this dish combines the delightful crunch of sakura shrimp with sweet new onions, served with a touch of sudachi citrus that brightens the palate.

Next is the Black Vinegar Soy Sauce Udon with Assorted Spring Vegetable Tempura, available for 1,100 yen (tax included 1,210 yen). This dish features soft, flavorful udon noodles bathed in a unique black vinegar soy sauce, garnished with crisp tempura made from seasonal vegetables like new onions, bamboo shoots, and fresh burdock. Each bite celebrates the essence of spring.

Finally, Udon Shikoku introduces the Savory Soy Sauce Chicken Tempura and Bamboo Shoot Tempura Udon, priced at 980 yen (tax included 1,078 yen). This delectable dish integrates chicken tempura marinated in a sweet soy sauce alongside crispy bamboo shoot tempura, providing a rich taste of spring.
