Conversation with the Author of “Management Types for Rapid Growth” on November 7, 2025.

Why Learn 'Management Types' Now?

A critical question emerges: What exactly does management entail? How many managers or HR professionals can confidently respond to this query?

With the diversification of work styles and evolving values, relying solely on intuition and past experiences in management is becoming increasingly inadequate. Issues such as low employee engagement, increased turnover rates, and the nurturing of next-generation leaders have become urgent concerns for many organizations.

This context reinforces the necessity to learn management as a technical discipline, moving beyond reliance on personal experience, intuition, or interpersonal skills. Thus, we are excited to facilitate this event with Tadashige Nagamura, whose book “Management Types for Rapid Growth” is a vital resource for HR professionals and managers alike.

What Participants Will Gain from This Event
