350 RALLY, and the sporty
650RR along with two electric motorcycles,
BONIC and
E-500RR. This impressive reveal highlights KOVE's commitment to innovation in motorcycle engineering and design.
Expanding the Offerings
KOVE has solidified its presence in the premium motorcycle sector by seamlessly integrating in-house research and development with insights garnered from competitive racing. Building upon the success of earlier models like the
450 RALLY and
800X, these new motorcycles cater to diverse riding preferences, spanning rally bikes, supersport, and electric models, thus reinforcing KOVE's leading position in the Chinese premium motorcycle market.
Detailed Features of New Models
Each new model is designed to meet specific riding needs:
- - The 125 RALLY features 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels, weighing in at only 122 kg, making it an excellent choice for beginner riders venturing into adventure riding.
- - The 350 RALLY is equipped with a powerful 349.9 cc engine and a spacious 21-liter fuel tank. It combines long-travel suspension for comfort on extended rides, dual counter-balancers to minimize vibration, and a dry sump lubrication system, ideal for tackling tough off-road situations.
- - The 650RR, on the other hand, boasts a completely new 645 cc inline-four engine with electronic throttle control, delivering an impressive 80 kW at 13,000 rpm and a torque of 60 Nm at 11,000 rpm. It features a robust double loop frame and aluminum sub-frame, supported by a six-axis IMU, bidirectional quickshifter, and cornering ABS to enhance performance and stability.
Electric Innovations
The
BONIC electric motorcycle combines a unique biomimetic structure inspired by bird bones with a chassis design based on Dakar racing requirements, emphasizing lightweight construction and terrain capability. Similarly, the
E-500RR showcases KOVE's self-developed liquid-cooled axial flux motor paired with a racing-optimized chassis, targeting performance above 50 kW while maintaining a weight under 150 kg. This model is perfect for the eco-conscious rider seeking the thrill of performance.
Race-Tested Performance
KOVE's internal development of an innovative electronic clutch uses sensor signals to control clutch engagement and disengagement. Offering modes such as Manual, Automatic, and Semi-Automatic, this feature reflects KOVE's commitment to enhancing the riding experience. The company anticipates the completion of its combustion models by the second half of 2027 and the introduction of KEC models by the first half of 2028.
KOVE's motorsport journey is commendable, having made a successful debut at the Dakar race in 2023, where all three motorcycles crossed the finish line. The company's factory rider, Beñat Fernández, clinched the WorldSSP300 title in 2025. Additionally, the
450RR gained recognition in 2026 by scoring 20 points and setting a lap record at the Assen track, while Neels Theric proudly secured three stage wins at the Dakar Rally 2.
Looking forward to 2027, KOVE will welcome European champion Iker García and WorldSPB winner Antonio Torres to its planned 650RR WorldSPB team, with French Enduro champion Hugo Blanjoue racing alongside Neels Theric and Sunier in rally events.
Utilizing data harvested from the tumultuous conditions of the Dakar rally and elite motorsport, KOVE continuously innovates, translating racing advancements into enhanced features for its series motorcycles. The commitment to reliability and performance ensures that every ride reflects KOVE's dedication to excellence in engineering.
