Set to take place on Saturday, February 1, at all of its locations in Northeast Ohio, Pav's is partnering with several popular local restaurants to offer a specially curated menu that ice cream lovers won't want to miss.

From 8 a.m. to noon, guests can indulge in exclusive creations that uniquely blend breakfast items with the sweet satisfaction of ice cream. This year’s collaborators include well-known establishments such as First Watch, Cracker Barrel, Ohio Pie Co., and IHOP. Each partnership brings something special to the table, ensuring a breakfast that is both innovative and delicious.

One standout menu item this year is the Cracker Barrel’s Fried Apple French Toast Bake, which is expertly paired with Pav's signature homemade Vanilla Kustard. In addition, fans of Nutella will love the Nutella Strawberry Banana Crepes, featuring IHOP’s fluffy crepes layered with Nutella, fresh strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream—a combination that perfectly balances flavors and textures.

Ashley Mitchell, Pav's Director of Marketing, expressed her excitement for this year's menu, emphasizing how the partnerships enhance the overall experience. "This has been such a fun menu to create. Customers are absolutely loving our Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancake Taco, a collaboration we created with our friends at First Watch. Personally, I'm most excited about our collaboration with Ohio Pie Company. Their Strawberry Streusel is incredible and makes the perfect sundae," she noted.

Since its inception in 2023, International Ice Cream for Breakfast Day has seen tremendous growth in popularity, attracting guests from around the region, and even as far away as Cincinnati. Mitchell commented, "It's important to us to deliver a menu that exceeds expectations—especially when we're serving ice cream in the middle of winter! These partnerships really make all the difference."
