Join the Kizuki Learning Center: Support Students on Their Journey to Success

Kizuki Learning Center: Empowering Students for a Brighter Future

Kizuki Learning Center is a private tutoring institution specializing in one-on-one support for students facing challenges such as school refusal, developmental disorders, depression, and social difficulties. With a mission to create a society where everyone can have the opportunity to re-learn and succeed, Kizuki has been providing consistent educational and employment support, achieving annual growth exceeding 150% since its establishment.

As part of our expansion efforts, Kizuki is excited to announce an online recruitment information session for new part-time tutors scheduled for July 2, 2025. This event will be an excellent opportunity for those interested in making a meaningful impact in students' lives to learn more about our teaching methods and organizational vision.

Inspirational Success Story

One of the success stories that exemplify our approach involved a young individual who faced significant challenges. Having stopped attending school in the fifth grade, this student struggled with anxiety and feelings of isolation. After graduating from an alternative high school, they were still uncertain about their future. Entering the Kizuki Learning Center at the age of 21, the student initially had difficulty attending classes on time, often arriving over 20 minutes late.

However, through the consistent support and trust established with their tutor, this student began to see a transformation. By the third month, tardiness had decreased significantly, and by the end of the first year, their focus and engagement increased immensely. They began studying independently in subjects they enjoyed and even took mock exams. This was a monumental step for someone who had previously felt intimidated by school environments.

As they continued their journey into the second year, the student's involvement grew, and they chose their preferred university, ultimately achieving acceptance into their dream institution.

What to Expect from the Recruitment Session

If you have ever faced challenges such as social anxiety or fear of school, you understand the struggles many of our students face. We are looking for empathetic individuals who can connect with students like their past selves. Prior teaching experience is not necessary; what matters is your willingness to learn and support those in need.
