Format
The fair will adopt a hybrid approach, combining face-to-face interactions with the flexibility of online participation to accommodate various needs and preferences. This ensures that both companies and potential employees can engage effectively, regardless of their ability to attend in person.

Tokyo Foreign Employment Navigation Center, located at
Ito Building, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Yotsuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo, just a short walk from Yotsuya Station on the JR Line and Tokyo Metro. This central location makes it easily accessible for both employers and job seekers.
Participation Requirements
Interested companies must meet the following criteria to participate:
1. Be in the wholesale, retail, or service industries.
2. Have their head office or primary business location within Tokyo.
3. Include Tokyo as one of the employment locations.
4. Either employ around 300 staff members or have a capital of 300 million yen or less.
5. Show intent to actively recruit and utilize foreign workers.
6. Have no significant violations of labor laws within the last five years.
