Sakura (Cherry Blossom) Chinese Afternoon Tea at its renowned
Keikaen restaurant, complemented by a limited-time

Cherry Blossom Chinese Afternoon Tea
The
Sakura Chinese Afternoon Tea brings the essence of spring to life through its vibrant presentation and delicious dishes. The highlight of the tea is a delicate pink shoronpo (steamed dumpling), which guests can enjoy filled with a tangy cherry vinegar sauce. The tea tray is adorned with delightful dim sum including steamed pork infused with plum meat, colorful spring rolls filled with sakura shrimp, and a charming spring-themed shuumai topped with a whole clam, offering guests a taste of the season's bounty.
Placing importance on the visual appeal of the dishes, the restaurant creatively arranges a flower-shaped roast beef presentation. To complete the experience, guests can savor an array of sweets that embrace Japanese flavors, such as freshly made matcha mooncakes filled with custard, lotus seed buns adorned with cherry blossoms, lightly sweet sakura-filled fried sesame balls, and fragrant sakura-scented almond jelly.
Adding to the experience, a selection of six Chinese teas is served, including a specially blended
Sakura Golden Pillar tea that combines oolong with cherry leaves, creating a gentle sweetness paired with the enchanting aroma of cherry blossoms, perfect for savoring the arrival of spring.
