The much-anticipated 6th Meeting of the AI Security Subcommittee under the Cybersecurity Task Force is set to take place on December 5, 2023, from 10 AM to 12 PM. This hybrid meeting format allows participants from both in-person and online platforms to engage and contribute.

How to Attend


For those who wish to attend the meeting as observers, registration is mandatory. Interested attendees must fill out the observer registration form by 3 PM on December 4, 2023. Late registrations may result in denial of entry, so timely application is crucial. Please note that inquiries sent via email alone will not fulfill the registration requirement.

The registration process will be handled by Mitsui & Co., Secure Direction, a company contracted for this task. The personal information collected during registration will solely be used for the purpose of this meeting and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Important Registration Notes


  • - Observers will attend via the Webex platform, and registered individuals will receive an email detailing how to participate.
  • - Failure to register in advance may lead to exclusion from the meeting, and sharing the meeting URL with unregistered individuals is prohibited.

Attendance Limitations


In case of high demand for observer spots, attendance will be determined through a drawing process, ensuring a fair chance for all interested parties. Notifications regarding successful registrations will not be sent to attendees.

Meeting Etiquette


Aspiring attendees should adhere to the following rules during the meeting:
1. Use only the designated method for observation.
2. Maintain a quiet environment; disruptive behavior will lead to removal.
3. Audio recording is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
4. Participants should ensure their setups are ready at least five minutes prior to the meeting's start time.
5. Follow the guidance and instructions provided by Ministry personnel at all times.
