Milan Hosts Forum HR - People & Culture 2025
Milan, known as the European capital of culture, is gearing up to host one of the most significant events in the realm of work culture and organizational transformation. The Forum HR - People & Culture 2025 is set to take place from November 18 to 20, 2025, at IULM University in Milan, attracting both national and international participants. This year marks the 19th edition of the Forum, which has evolved from a national event into a European platform, connecting individuals, businesses, and innovations in the new work culture.
A New Era of Work Culture
The centerpiece theme for 2025 is "Co-Intelligence," a concept that merges human intelligence with artificial intelligence, highlighting the importance of technological efficiency intertwined with human value. This represents a paradigm shift in the management of resources, focusing not merely on individual performance but elevating collective intelligence. The Forum is expected to gather over 3,000 participants and feature more than 350 speakers, including HR directors, CEOs, academics, and innovation leaders, participating in talk shows, speeches, workshops, and roundtable discussions.
These forums will explore how technology, culture, and sustainability are reshaping the future of work across Europe. The discussions aim to foster dialogue on innovative strategies that blend technological advancement with a focus on human-centric values.
International Hub and Free Registration
For the first time, the Forum will introduce an International HUB, offering sessions in English led by executive-level HR leaders from across Europe. These sessions will be broadcast live on
comunicazioneitaliana.tv. This initiative aims to promote cross-border dialogue regarding innovation, leadership, and sustainable work culture, paving the way for a collaborative approach to workforce challenges and opportunities.
Participants from around the world can register for free, demonstrating Milan’s commitment to being at the forefront of global conversations on people and culture. Fabrizio Cataldi, the founder of Comunicazione Italiana, stated, "By opening the Forum to the international HR community, Milan is solidifying its role as the European capital of dialogue on people and culture. Our mission is to connect human intelligence, technology, and values to reimagine the future of work."
