Promoting Youth's Challenges: Premasied Supports Student-led Cultural Festival Magnetsai ZERO

Encouraging Youth Initiatives at Magnetsai ZERO

Premasied, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, participated in the "Magnetsai ZERO" cultural festival organized by the N High School Group from April 18 to 27, 2025. Our engagement included setting up an online booth, filming videos, and promotional activities which aimed to connect with current and former students of correspondence high schools.

During the event, members from the student council and the organizing committee presented a survey targeted at students and graduates of correspondence high schools, scheduled to be conducted in mid-May. The survey seeks to gather insights that will better communicate the current state and varied learning experiences of these students to society.

Survey Participation Process

1. Pre-register on the designated website
2. Answer the survey from the email link sent around mid-May

We invite students and alumni of correspondence high schools to participate free of charge. Those completing the survey will receive a 500 yen reward as a token of gratitude.

Purpose Behind the Survey

Students of correspondence high schools often face unique challenges and embrace diverse learning styles while pursuing their dreams. However, their experiences are not widely recognized or understood. With this initiative, we aim to promote their voices and foster greater social understanding of their situations.

Motivation for Participation

Our participation in the Magnetsai festival stemmed from the passionate invitation by student representatives, including interns Murata, Niihara, and Tazaki. Their enthusiasm for creating the best cultural festival truly inspired us to offer our support.

Premasied's Vision

At Premasied, our vision is to brighten the smiles of youth and contribute to creating a joyful society. Magnetsai ZERO is a unique festival where students independently manage all aspects from planning to funding. This pioneering approach resonates with our beliefs, and we felt compelled to sponsor and participate. Our commitment to supporting youth initiatives will continue.

Voices from the Students

Yu Murata, Senior at S High School

As a student council member, I was responsible for outreach and securing sponsors for the festival. My proposal to invite Premasied to be a sponsor was well received after I presented my internship experiences to the staff. Initially, I was anxious about interacting with business professionals, but successfully building trust with them remains one of my fondest memories. I encourage my peers to seize opportunities that resonate with them without hesitation.

Teru Niihara, Senior at N High School

My role as an outreach committee member allowed me to explore marketing, gaining invaluable experiences typically unavailable to average high school students. This journey has taught me essential communication skills and business etiquette, empowering me with the confidence that I will carry into the workforce.

Masahiro Tazaki, Sophomore at S High School

I spearheaded corporate outreach for the festival, successfully securing sponsorship from five out of the seven companies I presented to. This presented me with both challenges and rewards, illustrating the beauty of correspondence high school—to pursue interests at one’s pace, finding meaning and satisfaction in the journey.

Premasied looks forward to supporting young individuals in their future endeavors and working together to build a better tomorrow.
