About the Moderator
Yosuke Yoshida, the Director of the HR Library, graduated from Ritsumeikan University with a master’s degree in policy science in 2007. He started his career at Recruit Management Solutions, engaging with over 500 domestic and international companies in areas such as recruitment, talent development, organizational growth, and human resource systems, eventually holding roles as branch manager and business leader. In 2021, he established Trustyyle. Influenced by his family's academic background, he has developed a passion for reading and discussions, boasting a collection of over 5,000 books, from business literature to comics.
About the HR Library
Open since April 1, 2024, the HR Library in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, is a co-working space and community hub for HR professionals. With over 2,500 books related to human resources and a membership base of more than 700 individuals, the library operates under the tagline, '
