Exploring the Future of HR with AI
The landscape of Human Resources (HR) is rapidly evolving, particularly with the rise of Generative AI technology. Scheduled for
August 10, 2025, Trustyyle—based in Chuo, Tokyo—will host the
Learning Bar event under the theme
'Can HR Lead the Utilization of AI?' This gathering aims to foster passionate dialogue among HR professionals about the transformative role AI could play within organizations.
In recent years, the application of Generative AI in business management has grown from niche innovations to a core organizational issue that requires collective attention. Companies are anticipating significant improvements in workflow efficiencies, while also grappling with uncertainties such as security risks and unclear implementation steps.
Within the arena of 'people and organizations', there are growing expectations that AI could enhance employee engagement and transform recruitment and training processes. However, significant challenges loom, including the risk of mass layoffs due to automation, compelling HR departments to adapt swiftly and strategically.
As such, the pivotal question remains: who will take the lead in this transformation? Is it the DX promotion office, the CTO, or the executive team? International HR Tech conferences have indicated that there is a rising expectation placed upon CHROs (Chief Human Resource Officers) to spearhead this shift. Participants will tackle critical questions like
'Can HR truly lead the AI charge?' and
'How can we bridge technology and human elements to guide organizations towards improvement?' during this event.
The Learning Bar is designed for those who feel uncertain or challenged by AI in their HR roles. It will provide a relaxed atmosphere for open dialogue, allowing participants to gain insights and direction for their own AI utilization initiatives.
