What is HDI Certification?
The HDI Support Center International Certification is a globally recognized standard in the support service sector. This certification program focuses exclusively on assessing support centers using a stringent set of international criteria. Auditors evaluate centers based on eight essential elements: Leadership, Policies and Strategies, Staffing, Support Resources, Procedures and Processes, Employee Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, and Results. A total of 86 evaluation items are systematically reviewed to determine eligibility for certification.
