Free Online Seminar Announcement by Alue Co.
Alue Co., a leading provider of employee training and human resource development services utilizing data and machine learning technologies, is set to host a complimentary online seminar titled "Managers Who Fear Harassment: How to Communicate and Train Young Employees" on May 22, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM (JST). This initiative aims to equip managers with the necessary skills to communicate effectively without the risk of harassment claims, fostering an environment conducive to employee development.
Seminar Overview
In today’s corporate landscape, the importance of fairness within organizations has gained unprecedented attention. Companies and employees are increasingly held to high standards of compliance, making it imperative to eliminate harassment in the workplace. Nevertheless, many managers hesitate to provide essential guidance to their younger subordinates for fear of being accused of harassment. This can lead to difficulties for young employees, who may feel neglected or unsupported and could ultimately leave the organization due to a lack of direction.
This seminar will address the structural causes of harassment and provide practical advice on how to communicate and mentor young employees effectively, without inadvertently crossing the line into harassment. Participants will be offered valuable insights and strategies aimed at fostering a stronger, more supportive workplace culture.
