On June 4, 2026, at 2 PM, BREXA CrossBorder is hosting the second session of the Foreign Integration Course, which focuses on cross-cultural understanding using Vietnam and India as case studies. In collaboration with the Japan Association of Construction Skills (JAC), this event aims to enhance knowledge of the cultural intricacies that affect workplace dynamics.

What to Expect?


The seminar will feature a diverse panel of speakers consisting of Japanese staff working with Vietnamese employees, Vietnamese staff providing employment support, and Indian staff collaborating with Japanese companies. This unique lineup will share practical insights into the cultural differences between Vietnam and India, focusing on common workplace issues and ways to bridge misunderstandings. It encourages a participatory approach with case studies and Q&A sessions, allowing for interaction between speakers and participants.

About the Organizer


Japan Association of Construction Skills (JAC) was founded on April 1, 2019, to tackle the severe labor shortage in the Japanese construction industry by facilitating the integration of foreign talent. Their efforts include conducting relevant examinations, providing free employment placement services, and ensuring appropriate working conditions for foreign workers in the construction sector.
