The distinguished winners included a variety of dishes that exemplify quality, taste, and creativity. The grand prize for the
Best Product in the Rice Bowl Category was awarded to the
In-House Grilled Anago Rice Bowl, which includes hand-made tamagoyaki and asari clams. With its concept revolving around satisfying the cravings of eel enthusiasts, this dish is prepared using only soy sauce, sugar, and sake, ensuring that the freshness of the anago is retained. The final touch is an in-store grilling process that results in a crispy exterior while keeping the inside tender and fluffy. Rugged Squid Menchi. Initially introduced during the

Strawberry, Pomegranate, and Prosciutto Salad that won recognition in the salad category.
