The Granola Bar Launches Flagship Location in Midtown, NYC

The Granola Bar Kicks Off a New Era in Midtown NYC

The Granola Bar, renowned for its inventive brunch concepts across Connecticut, Westchester, and Long Island, is excited to announce the opening of its flagship location on 330 Madison Avenue, just steps from Grand Central Station. The launch will happen alongside a new grab-and-go concept, The Granola Bar Takeaway, located on E 43rd Street, showcasing the brand's commitment to adapting to the dynamic pace of New York City.

A Unique All-Day Dining Experience

At its core, The Granola Bar seeks to redefine the standard brunch experience. The flagship location embraces an all-day dining philosophy that extends beyond typical brunch fare. The menu is curated to resonate with contemporary dining preferences, offering a spectrum of choices ranging from light, energizing dishes to comforting meal options. Signature items from the innovative menu prepared by Director of Food and Beverage JJ Henao include Sweet Potato Pancakes, Parmesan-Crusted Avocado Grilled Cheese, The Bar Caesar, and Latkes Maybe Caviar. Notably, house-made granola, a hallmark of the brand, is artfully incorporated into various dishes, highlighting its versatility—showing up in appetizers like burrata and salads, not merely as a breakfast component.

Julie Mountain, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Granola Bar, expressed her enthusiasm for the new venue: "Madison Avenue has incredible energy—people who move with purpose and know what they want. We built The Granola Bar for exactly that, a place where you can feel the atmosphere the moment you walk in, where the experience flows as fast as you do, and the food meets you where your needs are. Hospitality isn't a production here; it's genuine."

Community-Centric Design

Spanning 2,500 square feet, the Madison Avenue space is designed to foster connection and community, with a seating capacity of 100. Whether patrons are grabbing lunch between meetings, stopping for their morning coffee at the bar, or gathering for dinner over shared plates, the ambiance encourages social interaction. The interior concept reflects the belief that great hospitality hinges on how guests feel, beyond just the quality of service.

A Solution for On-the-Go Customers

The Granola Bar Takeaway is tailored to address the needs of New Yorkers on the move. This 1,000-square-foot space will feature a customizable Toast and Parfait Bar, along with hot grab-and-go items such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee. The full line of house-made products will also be available, including granola and granola bars, allowing customers to seamlessly incorporate The Granola Bar experience into their busy lifestyles.

Both locations are anticipated to open in Winter 2026, solidifying The Granola Bar's position as a forerunner in the brunch and all-day dining segments within New York City.
