Join Us in Building a Retry Society
On December 10, 2025, Kizuki Academy is hosting a career event designed to support students and young people with various backgrounds, including school dropouts and developmental challenges.
The goal is to create a society that allows individuals to attempt life’s challenges multiple times, fostering an environment where they can thrive even after setbacks.
Why Kizuki Academy?
Kizuki Academy, operated by Kizuki Corporation, has recognized the growing crisis in Japan's education system, with over 350,000 children currently out of school— a record high. The number of high school dropouts is also alarmingly significant, with around 68,000 students. We believe that merely relying on volunteer efforts or short-term initiatives is not sufficient to tackle this massive issue. Instead, we pursue a sustainable business model that combines economic rationality with social significance, thereby generating tangible outcomes that support our mission.
Personal Stories, Real Challenges
Many faces the anxiety of falling behind. One individual reflects, "After struggling to make friends, I found myself unable to attend school for two years. I'm scared that I can't recover the lost time. Can I still pursue my dream of attending university?" Another recalls, "I used to be passionate about study and sports, but I've burned out and lost my motivation. It feels impossible to start over now."
Such sentiments reflect the heartbreaking reality of many who need a helping hand to rediscover their potential. At Kizuki Academy, we strive to bridge the gap for these individuals and provide them with the guidance they need to succeed.
