Using common household items like towels, balloons, and tissue papers, the activities focused on movements that enhance body awareness and posture, ensuring that families can easily continue these exercises at home.

After the exercises, parents shared various concerns about their children's development and learning, such as difficulties with outdoor play, tying shoelaces, and maintaining posture during meals. The coaches provided professional advice on how these exercise activities can address these everyday challenges and contribute to a child’s growth.
