Celebrating 30 Years of Toy Factory in 2025
As Toy Factory, a leading manufacturer of camping cars based in Kani City, Gifu Prefecture, celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2025, the company reflects on a year filled with innovative launches and significant developments. Known for manufacturing the highest number of HiAce-based camping vehicles in Japan and being the top seller of FIAT DUCATO-based campers in Asia, Toy Factory has made remarkable strides over the years.
New Models Unveiled at Japan Camping Car Show 2025
The year kicked off with the
Japan Camping Car Show 2025, where Toy Factory showcased two groundbreaking camper models. Among them was the brand's first FIAT DUCATO-based model named
gioia, which accommodates five passengers and sleeps five, designed especially for families. The spacious interior garnered considerable attention, marking a significant addition to Toy Factory's offerings.
Furthermore, in celebration of three decades in the business, the
BADEN 30th Anniversary Limited Model was introduced, reflecting gratitude for past successes while symbolizing future aspirations. Many visitors found this special edition to be a highlight of the event, cementing Toy Factory's legacy.
At the exhibition, the first-ever camper,

Life Style Book, encapsulating Toy Factory’s philosophy towards craftsmanship and featuring happy camper experiences, available through physical mail and digital catalogs.
Expanding Horizons at Automobil Council 2025
In spring, Toy Factory made its debut at the
Automobile Council 2025, which extended beyond traditional car shows to include art, music, and engaging discussions. Partnering with
EURO-TOY, Toy Factory established official contracts with European motorhome brands to bring authorized import motorhomes to Japan. Two units from the Italian brand
LAIKA were showcased, where renowned designer Giorgetto Giugiaro visited the booth to observe the
LAIKA/KREOS L 5009, sharing insights on high-end luxury motorhomes.
The event underscored Toy Factory's commitment to introducing top-tier products and engaging with industry leaders. Following this, the
A.I.M (Authorized Import Motorhomes) division solidified its presence in the Japanese market.
Convenient Campers and Targeted Solutions
As demand for parking solutions grew, Toy Factory launched a camper-specific motor pool facility named
Land Marina in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This facility allows for safe storage of large campers ranging from 7-8 meters, significantly addressing the common concern of vehicle storage for potential buyers. A major enhancement for clients, it supports parking verification for sites located more than 2 km from residential properties.
In June, Toy Factory introduced its
TFME Division, focusing on B2B and B2G sectors utilizing their expertise in camper design and technology to develop mobility solutions for government agencies and corporations. Initiatives like the
Marumobi disaster response vehicles and a new type of odorless, water-free toilet named
Kuresana were some of the setting projects aimed at addressing societal challenges.
Engaging Camp Enthusiasts at Tokyo Camping Car Show 2025
Summer heralded a significant comeback for Toy Factory at the
Tokyo Camping Car Show 2025, where the FIAT DUCATO L3H2-based

In the fall, another special model to celebrate the 30th anniversary was launched from the
DA VINCI series: the
