Through its mobile and satellite food distribution efforts, the organization has reached underserved neighborhoods across Collin County, distributing an impressive 1,230,000 pounds of food in the past year alone, which directly supported over 122,000 individuals. The need has surged dramatically; for example, in July of this year, the organization provided food assistance to 12,000 people, over half of whom were children, seniors, or individuals with disabilities.
