The 2025 class of Women of Worth will join an esteemed alumni network comprising over 190 female changemakers. Each year, a special award, the Karen T. This year, the award is given to Dr. Ni'Cola Mitchell, founder of Girls Who Brunch Tour, for her impactful work in empowering at-risk girls. Her initiatives have positively affected over 48,000 women and girls across 28 cities!
