About the Speakers


Mr. Aoyagi Yukiyo joined Ginjibu in 2015 and has dedicated himself to supporting high school recruitment efforts. With experience in East Japan area management and inside sales, he has tackled numerous organizational challenges by fostering strong relationships with schools and educators. During his maternity leave, he earned a national career consultant certification.

Mr. Mori Taketaka started his career in 2009 at Mitsui Sumitomo Banking Corporation and transitioned to teaching at Mita Gakuen Junior and Senior High School in 2013, where he established a comprehensive inquiry-based learning curriculum. He later joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2023 and has been involved in career support for high school students in the Tokyo area. His multifaceted experience makes him a valuable resource in the field of career development.
