On April 24, 2025, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. officially launched its new brand, LEPAS, at a global event themed "COLORFUL LIFE, MASTERFUL DRIVE." The unveiling of the LEPAS L8, the brand's first model, attracted over 800 dealers and media representatives from around the world, marking a significant milestone in Chery's commitment to innovate in the automotive sector.

Zhang Guibing, President of Chery International, emphasized that LEPAS represents a strategic cornerstone for Chery, combining high positioning, increased value, and market growth. Expanding Product Line


In the next three years, LEPAS plans to launch five additional models, starting with the iconic L8 SUV set to hit the market in December 2025. Following the L8, Chery will introduce the A-class urban L6, targeting metropolitan elites, and the agile A0-class L4, designed specifically for style-conscious female drivers. This expansion is part of a vision to establish a global network of 1,200 sales points and achieve an annual production and sales volume of 500,000 units, creating fresh opportunities for partners and collaborators.

LEPAS is built upon four fundamental pillars that include Leopard Aesthetics Design, luxurious space, intelligent safety, and the Chery Super Hybrid technology. The L8 boasts a design inspired by the muscular contours of a sprinting leopard, merging dynamic aesthetics with mechanical philosophy. Its distinctive features, such as vertical pupil headlights and a minimalist interactive cockpit, achieve a perfect balance of power and elegance.
