Tina Fair brings an impressive history with L'Oréal, having served as the President of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) in North America since 2020. In this role, she successfully managed iconic skincare brands, including CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, SkinCeuticals, Skinbetter Science, and Vichy. Fair's adept leadership has positioned LDB as L'Oréal's third-largest division in the U.S., witnessing substantial sales growth and increased market share during her tenure. Brands under her guidance not only flourished but also topped recommendations from dermatologists, pediatricians, and pharmacists, cementing their reputation in the skincare industry.

In 2015, she led global marketing for SkinCeuticals, and shortly after became its U.S. General Manager. Under her stewardship, SkinCeuticals saw remarkable growth, reinforcing its standing in the professional skincare arena.

This new appointment sees Fair succeeding Nathalie Gerschtein, who has decided to pursue opportunities beyond the L'Oréal Groupe. Fair’s extensive experience in beauty marketing and brand management is expected to continue the positive trajectory of the Consumer Products Division, which houses well-known brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, Essie, and NYX Professional Makeup.
