Guests will enjoy signature recipes crafted by Chef Koichi Shirasawa, featuring a wide range of options from appetizers to desserts, highlighting the vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine. The buffet includes fresh salads, hot dishes, fried items, grilled specialties, curries, noodle dishes, and delectable desserts, allowing diners to explore the rich culinary heritage of Thailand.

Menu Highlights


Diners can look forward to classics like Yam Woon Sen (Spicy Glass Noodle Salad), fresh spring rolls, Tom Yum Goong (Spicy Shrimp Soup), Green Curry, and Massaman Curry, alongside exclusive dishes such as Soft Shell Crab Stir-Fried with Curry (Phu Ning Pad Pong Karee) and Stir-Fried Fish with Basil. The buffet will also feature grilled selections using prime ingredients, including Amakusa Daisuke Chicken and Matsusaka Pork.
