As the Chief Solutions Engineer, Freeman is tasked with steering Xenith’s technology vision across a wide array of domains. His focus will encompass critical aspects such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), cloud modernization, cyber resiliency, data engineering, Zero Trust architectures, and edge technology solutions. His comprehensive approach ensures that all solutions are not only secure but aligned with mission objectives and poised for future challenges.

Freeman’s career is marked by a history of leading complex programs that have significant impacts on both operational capabilities and modernization efforts within the defense sector. His most recent position was as Solutions Director at Koverse, a role in which he was instrumental in driving the company’s revenue growth by expanding advanced data and mission analytics services. His leadership contributed to the development of notable multi-year Department of War programs, which have transitioned into national-level mission capabilities, providing enhanced modernization and intelligence solutions designed to elevate warfighter preparedness and operational effectiveness.

In addition to his remarkable professional achievements, Freeman has accumulated deep expertise from his previous roles, including his time as Director of Operations at iNovex and as a senior engineer for major players like Mercury Intelligence Systems and Raytheon. These positions saw him leading initiatives that advanced distributed systems, cloud environments, and object-based intelligence architectures. His track record of consistently developing technical strategies and architecting mission-critical solutions is evidence of his capability to drive substantial business growth and secure new opportunities.
