The highlight of this seasonal menu is the Saitama Black Maitake and Autumn Vegetable Focaccia priced at ¥520. This focaccia is a tribute to local cuisine, featuring black maitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin, all beautifully baked together. Another must-try item is the Saitama Black Maitake and Teriyaki Chicken Burger (¥480), combining the earthy taste of maitake with savory teriyaki chicken.
