Azentio Software Expands Leadership Team in MEA
Azentio Software, a prominent player in the B2B technology space, has made significant strides in enhancing its regional leadership team to boost growth across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). Following a series of strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships and expanding its market footprint, Azentio has welcomed two new leaders to its Dubai office.
New Appointments in Dubai
The first of the two new executives,
Bashir Khouri, will take the role of
Head of New Business Sales – MEA. Bashir arrives at Azentio after an impressive tenure at SAP Fioneer, where he was instrumental in shaping the regional go-to-market strategy. With more than 15 years of experience in cultivating strong client relationships and driving growth, he is well-equipped to lead Azentio's endeavors in the MEA region. His expertise spans across digital and core banking, cloud computing, enterprise performance management, governance and compliance, and business intelligence. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, along with executive education certifications from Harvard Business School Online and eCornell University, Bashir's accomplishments in his previous roles have solidified his reputation as a sales leader adept in aggressive growth strategies and sales operations optimization.

The second key appointment is
Sam Henderson, who assumes the role of
Head of Existing Business Sales – MEA. Sam comes with a robust background in sales leadership, specifically notable for his contributions in developing high-performing teams, creating strategic partner ecosystems, and facilitating growth in enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. Before joining Azentio, he held a pivotal position at Trellix, overseeing Channel and OEM Sales across Asia Pacific and Japan during a transformative period for the company. His experience also includes significant roles at AWS, where he focused on enterprise application partner sales, and SAP, where he led general business and channel sales during his six-year tenure.
