Beisia Foods Launches Online Grocery Delivery in Higashimurayama
Beisia Co., Ltd., headquartered in Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture, has officially announced the launch of its online grocery service through the Rakuten Group's platform, starting from June 2, 2026. The delivery will be made from their newly opened Beisia Foods Park location in Higashimurayama.
The Innovation of Beisia's Online Supermarket
With a catalog boasting around 20,000 items, Beisia aims to utilize the advantages of physical stores and merge them with the convenience of e-commerce. This service directly addresses customers' everyday challenges related to time and distance, significantly simplifying the shopping experience.
Convenient Ordering via Smartphone or Computer
Beisia’s online grocery service allows customers to browse and place orders directly from their smartphones or computers. Items selected for delivery will be picked from Beisia’s stores and shipped to the customers’ homes. Registration is required for both Rakuten and Beisia apps, but thankfully, there are no sign-up fees or membership dues.
Customers can set delivery schedules according to their preferences, with pick-up options available from Thursday to Tuesday, tailored around their individual routines. Delivery times are flexible, offering five different time slots from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with same-day delivery options available except for morning slots.
Earn and Use Rakuten Points
One of the exciting features of Beisia's online grocery service is the earning potential with Rakuten Points. For every 100 yen spent, customers will earn 1 point, which can later be redeemed in future purchases. However, it is noteworthy that no Beisia points will be awarded or accepted for transactions within the service—only Rakuten Points.
Extensive Product Range Available
Beisia ensures freshness by delivering groceries exactly as they are displayed in stores. Customers can order products across three temperature categories: room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen. From everyday essentials to fresh produce and frozen foods, Beisia’s extensive selection is designed to cater to every household's needs.
Order Minimums and Fees
To use Beisia's online grocery service, orders must reach a minimum of 2,750 yen including tax. Be advised, delivery fees and various service charges may apply.
Store Pickup Option
In addition to home delivery, Beisia also offers a store pickup service. This feature allows buyers to collect their orders at a designated counter in the store. Shoppers can take advantage of this option post-work hours, effectively saving time and avoiding queues at checkout. Notably, there is no delivery fee for utilizing this store pickup service, making it accessible, even for users from delivery-impaired regions.
Great Promotions Available
To attract new customers, Beisia is offering a special 1,000 yen discount coupon to users making their first online purchase, valid until June 30, 2026. This exclusive offer is not valid for subsequent orders, encouraging users to make the most out of their first experience.
Additionally, there's a limited-time free shipping coupon specifically for orders placed through Beisia Foods Park in Higashimurayama, valid from the opening to June 5, 2026, fostering opportunity for smaller purchases without additional costs.
By continuously aiming to provide products and services that enhance daily living, Beisia is committed to evolving alongside its customers, ensuring satisfaction and convenience in their shopping journeys. Whether online or in-store, Beisia remains dedicated to serving the community with valuable offerings that cater to the public’s evolving needs.
