Chicken Salad Chick Expands in Florida with New Location in Cape Coral

The renowned fast-casual restaurant chain, Chicken Salad Chick, is celebrating its growth in Florida with the launch of a brand-new restaurant in Cape Coral. Located at 1206 Solaris Drive, this will be the third Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Lee County, and it is set to open its doors to the community on April 21, 2026.

The grand opening promises to be an event to remember, with the first 100 guests in line receiving free chicken salad for a year. The first person to arrive will win a large Quick Chick of chicken salad every week for an entire year. For the remaining 99 guests, they will receive one large Quick Chick per month for a year. This celebration is just a part of the Southern hospitality that Chicken Salad Chick is known for.

During the opening week, the excitement will continue with various promotions:

• - April 22: The first 50 customers ordering an entree with two sides will receive a complimentary Teal Chick Cooler.
• - April 23: The first 50 guests with a similar purchase will take home a Navy Canvas Tote Bag at no cost.

This new outlet is spearheaded by franchise owners Scott Pace and Kendal Potesta, who not only bring their business acumen to the table but also a deep-rooted passion for the Chicken Salad Chick brand. Their entrepreneurial journey began back in 2022 when they opened their first location in Fort Myers, and they have since expanded their operations with two more restaurants in the area, making this their fourth endeavor. Scott and Kendal's different backgrounds—Potesta's experience in the restaurant sector and Pace's financial expertise from working on Wall Street—combine to offer an exceptional dining experience.

It quickly became part of our routine and ultimately inspired us to open our own locations. Known for its impressive range of over a dozen chicken salad flavors, Chicken Salad Chick also delights patrons with fresh sides, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches, and desserts.
