In December 2024, Mercury Co., Ltd., located in Minato, Tokyo and led by President Hiroaki Miyaji, proudly celebrates its 20th anniversary. Established in December 2004, the company has consistently strived to create value in the real estate industry. Over the past twenty years, Mercury has evolved its business in response to changing times, offering a diverse array of services, including real estate transactions, property management, rights adjustment, and the development of residential, office, and commercial spaces.

- Support for Real Estate Sales Relating to Inheritance: In response to the increasing number of inheritance-related cases due to an aging population, we are assigning specialized staff knowledgeable in inheritance and asset division to offer comprehensive advice.
- Expanding Online Marketing: By enhancing our online presence through websites, social media, and search engines, we aim to connect with a broader customer base.
- Digitization of the Sales Team: We are implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and utilizing tablets to create an efficient, technology-driven sales process.

- Regional Revitalization through Utilizing Vacant Houses: We will aim to rejuvenate urban outskirts experiencing population decline by making effective use of abandoned properties.

- Ensuring Legal Compliance: We will rigorously adhere to real estate laws, personal information protection laws, and regulations regarding specific harmful entities, while enhancing our information security.
- Preparing for Market Fluctuation Risks: In light of potential interest rate hikes and declines in property prices, we aim to develop a business model that improves inventory turnover and adapt swiftly to diverse investor needs.
