Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel Launches Exclusive Conference Plan
The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel, located in Koto City, Tokyo, has recently unveiled a special exclusive rental plan for its conference rooms called the "One Company Exclusive Plan." This offering will be available on weekends and holidays starting January 10, 2026. The hotel features a grand conference hall that measures an impressive 669 square meters, along with smaller meeting rooms and a foyer, allowing for a total space customized to fit various event needs.
After a successful pilot program in the summer, where the plan was available on Sundays, the hotel has decided to extend the availability of this plan. The overwhelming number of inquiries highlighted the plan's practicality, which can cater to a wide range of events such as exhibitions, sales events, and large-scale presentations. Organizers will benefit from the flexibility to manage their events without the constraints of sharing space with other groups.
Benefits of the One Company Exclusive Plan
1. Generous Room Options
The plan includes the rental of the main conference room, Iris, with a maximum capacity of 500 people and a ceiling height of 5.1 meters. When booking this main room, organizers are offered a complimentary small meeting room designed to accommodate 12 to 30 guests. This extra room can serve multiple purposes, such as a break room, administrative space, or storage area for materials. Additionally, there are four more small meeting rooms ranging from 55 to 87 square meters available for a fee, which can be reserved according to the needs of the event.
2. Exclusive Access
With the One Company Exclusive Plan, only the reserving organization will have access to the entire area, including the foyer in front of the main conference room. This design enables the booking group to utilize the space freely for receptions, exhibitions, waiting areas, and more, enhancing the overall logistical convenience of managing the event.
3. Convenient Transportation
The hotel's location is advantageous for attendees. It is just a three-minute walk from the "Kokusai-tenjijo" Station on the Rinkai Line and also easily accessible via the Yurikamome Lines' "Tokyo Big Sight" and "Ariake" Stations. For those traveling from outside Tokyo, limousine buses run from both Haneda and Narita airports to the hotel.
