2. TopicScan: This innovative system leverages statistical analysis and generative AI to transform customer voices into actionable data reports within the same day. It collects feedback from various channels, including free-form customer comments, social media, reviews, and customer service call logs, allowing businesses to convert these insights into valuable data for decision-making and improvement initiatives.

TopicScan helps identify common opinions and understand what factors influence customer evaluations, thereby facilitating effective and transparent improvement activities.
