A Transformative Year
Grethe Schepers, director of lists for Europe at Fortune, noted that in a year filled with constant disruptive changes, these companies did not retreat into old formulas but instead doubled down on trust. She expressed her congratulations to all organizations in the list, emphasizing that a people-centric culture is their greatest asset in adapting to change.
The rankings are a collaborative effort, conducted by Great Place to Work®, which utilizes employee surveys and insights from the companies themselves regarding their workplace programs and strategies. Strict guidelines ensure the surveys accurately represent genuine employee opinions.
This year's evaluations considered the presence of employees across Europe, alongside the number of countries participating in the surveys. While narrative feedback provides essential context, the rankings are derived exclusively from survey data. The comprehensive methodology details are readily available, further illustrating the rigor behind the rankings.
