Running from now until December 31, 2025, this program not only celebrates the delicious flavors across the Lone Star State but also the communities and traditions surrounding the restaurants that serve them.

The Ultimate Beef Trail allows participants to embark on a mouth-watering road trip to discover the finest beef dishes Texas has to offer. From Amarillo to McAllen, culinary adventurers can savor everything from smoky barbecues to succulent burgers. This year introduces new regional niche passes aimed at enhancing the dining experience, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. The specially curated trails include:
