In a significant move aimed at enhancing its legal defense for freight brokers, Falvey Insurance Group has appointed Marc S. Blubaugh as National Coordinating Counsel. Mr. Blubaugh, who is well-respected in the legal community, serves as Co-Chair of the Transportation Logistics Practice Group at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP. His deep expertise in freight broker liability, including a strong understanding of the Federal Aviation Administration Authorization Act (FAAAA), positions him as the ideal candidate for this role. As the Outside General Counsel for the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA) and a former president of the Transportation Law Association, Mr. Blubaugh brings a wealth of experience to Falvey's legal team.
