JPR's Kids' Exploration Day: A Memorable Event for Families



On August 22, 2025, Japan Pallet Rental Co., Ltd. (JPR), headquartered in Tokyo, held a special event called "JPR Kids' Exploration." The day was dedicated to allowing the children of employees to gain insights into their parents' professions while also learning about the pallets that support logistics.

Purpose of the Event


The primary goal of this event was to enhance communication between parents and their children by giving them a glimpse of their parents at work. Moreover, it aimed to promote internal company communication and create a warm atmosphere within the office environment.

Thirteen elementary school students participated in the activities, which included a series of engaging games and programs that introduced them to the logistics industry and JPR's operations. Initially feeling a bit anxious, the children's expressions transformed into joy as the day progressed, filling the office with excitement and warmth. Employees who interacted with the children couldn’t help but smile, as the entire company came together for this one-of-a-kind experience.

  • - Self-introductions by Participants: The kids introduced themselves, sharing their interests and excitement about the day.
  • - Company Orientation and Hands-on Learning: Participants built miniature models of pallets, giving them hands-on experience.

  • - Office Tour and Department Visits: The kids explored various departments and got to see their parents' workplaces firsthand.
  • - Visit to the Logistics Museum: The group learned about the history and mechanisms of logistics through interactive exhibits and by trying on uniforms of logistics companies.
  • - Wrap-up and Reward Distribution: Children received tokens of appreciation, such as snacks, acknowledging their participation.
