Program Overview
The Leaders’ Advanced Program (LAP) draws inspiration from the successful Women’s Advanced Program (WAP), which has expertly trained over 130 female executives in listed companies. The LAP distills the essence of this previous program into a three-day immersive experience that balances hands-on learning with diverse expert lectures.
Starting from February 25 to 27, 2026, participants will engage in a thought-provoking curriculum designed to enhance flexible thinking, empathy, and authentic leadership qualities. Real-world exchanges among participants will broaden perspectives and cultivate the creativity and transformative abilities necessary to contribute meaningfully to their organizations.

Venue Details
The program will be held at PASONA SQUARE, located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The venue is conveniently accessible:
- - 4 minutes on foot from Gaiemmae Station (Metro, Exit 1a)
- - 5 minutes on foot from Omotesando Station (Metro, Exit A4)
- - 13 minutes on foot from Aoyama-itchome Station (Metro, Exit 1)

Enrollment Information
The program is limited to 24 participants, with a minimum requirement of 13 attendees for the program to commence. The fee for the entire program is 300,000 JPY, which is inclusive of lunch and networking event costs. However, participants will be responsible for their own travel expenses to the training venue.
