E-Mix Group Officially Registered as a Support Organization for Foreign Workers

E-Mix Group's Latest Development: Formal Registration as a Support Organization

In July 2025, E-Mix Consulting Co., Ltd., located in Taito-ku, Tokyo and a subsidiary of E-Mix Group, received official recognition from the Immigration Services Agency of Japan as a registered support organization (Registration No. 25-011980). This development allows the company to expand its operations beyond just being a paid employment placement agency, enabling them to offer legal support services for foreign workers with specific skills.

E-Mix Group stands out nationally for its unique combination of an English conversation school, paid employment services, and a registered support organization. Established in 2005 as Chiba's first English conversation cafe, E-Mix has since expanded its offerings. With locations in areas like Akihabara, Kameido, Motoyawata, and Tsudanuma, the group has provided study rooms for exam preparation, corporate language training, and practical English lessons that emphasize conversational skills, benefiting from nearly 20 years of experience in the local English education landscape.

Beginning in 2024, E-Mix will also officially launch its employment placement services, focusing on matching candidates with international experience and English proficiency to suitable roles. This service not only assists foreign job seekers but provides comprehensive bilingual support (in both English and Japanese) throughout the employment process, from interviews to job placement.

With the recent registration as a support organization, E-Mix is now positioned to offer a complete range of necessary services to companies hiring foreign workers. These services include:
  • - Job placement of foreign personnel (specific skills, technical intern trainees, international students)
  • - Support for obtaining work visas
  • - Assistance with living arrangements (housing, bank account setup, mobile contracts)
  • - Japanese language education (beginner to advanced levels)
  • - Corporate training in English and multicultural understanding seminars
  • - Follow-up meetings and retention support

Leveraging the "language proficiency" and "educational expertise" gained from its English conversation school, E-Mix aims to facilitate smooth integration of foreign workers into Japanese society. Their mission can be summed up as creating a bridge between people and companies through language.

Founder’s Vision

The CEO, Masaki Hamano, emphasized, "It's crucial not merely to introduce candidates but to create an environment where they can work safely and securely in Japan. By utilizing our knowledge from the English conversation industry and training, we can connect people and businesses effectively. We especially wish for small to medium-sized enterprises to harness the power of foreign talent."

E-Mix’s unique advantage lies in its dual capabilities of providing both English education and support services. Plans are underway to host free consultations and informative sessions aimed at companies looking to hire foreign workers or individuals seeking employment. This initiative will help position E-Mix as a leader in the sector, facilitating the recruitment and retention of skilled foreign talent in Japan.
