Olyzon Secures $5M to Fuel Growth of AI-Driven CTV Advertising Platform

Olyzon Secures $5 Million to Accelerate U.S. Growth of Agentic AI Platform for CTV Advertising

In an important move for the advertising technology sector, Olyzon, a pioneering platform focused on Connected TV (CTV) advertising, has announced a successful $5 million seed extension round. This funding round was prominently led by Cassius Capital, which is based in the United States. Notable participants included Ventech, Eurazeo, and a selection of strategic angel investors such as Greg Coleman, the former President of Criteo, and Tom O'Regan, the ex-CEO of Madison Logic.

The recent investment comprises $3.8 million in equity, augmented by non-dilutive funding provided by Bpifrance and a consortium of banking partners. This financial boost is intended to support Olyzon's ambitious growth trajectory within the competitive U.S. market.

Cassius Capital, which specializes in nurturing high-growth technology start-ups, brings invaluable media industry expertise to Olyzon. Emmanuel Seugé, a partner at Cassius Capital, expressed pride in leading the funding round, highlighting Olyzon's innovative approach to agentic AI that extends beyond simple automation. Instead, Olyzon's platform facilitates decision-making processes, enhances creative intelligence, and supports transparency—key drivers in a marketplace that increasingly demands such capabilities.

Jules Minvielle, CEO and co-founder of Olyzon, emphasized the urgency of this development, stating, "CTV is the epicenter for premium attention—but most advertising infrastructures have not evolved from traditional display advertising. We created Olyzon to revolutionize how advertisers can connect with audiences by employing agentic AI to dynamically plan, target, and sequence campaigns based on contextual insights, intent, and brand-specific data."

Since launching in 2024, Olyzon has claimed a significant share of the CTV advertising market, executing hundreds of campaigns for brands such as DoorDash, Nissan, and LVMH. The platform strategically connects to premium inventory through partnerships with major players like LG Ads and Plex, offering brands unparalleled access to high-value audiences.

In a testament to Olyzon's capabilities, Media Advertising Manager Julien Dobisz from Nissan noted, "Our integration with Olyzon into our marketing strategy has allowed us to capture audience attention in unique, immersive ways. The targeted insights provided by Olyzon also help us evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising investments, crucial in today’s data-driven environment."

To further bolster its growth efforts, Olyzon has tapped Zach Sorscher as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the U.S. market. With extensive experience in adtech, Sorscher is set to spearhead Olyzon's commercial development across North America.

The CTV advertising landscape is evolving rapidly, with projections estimating it will reach over 238 million users in the U.S. by 2025, generating in excess of $30 billion in revenue. However, many marketers continue to face challenges with legacy advertising technologies that fall short in contextually relevant targeting and transparent inventory management. Olyzon aims to address these deficiencies by providing brand-specific AI agents capable of autonomously executing campaign objectives, ultimately delivering frictionless and efficient advertising outcomes.
