Starting February 2nd, GINZA Shinfuen, a renowned Chinese restaurant in the MIYUKI Building, presents its limited-time spring menus featuring exquisite seasonal dishes. Aligning with their motto of "maximizing the power of ingredients," the restaurant merges tradition with innovation to offer authentic Chinese cuisine that reignites the joy of dining.

Spring Seasonal Course


Indulge in the seasonal recommended course offered at GINZA Shinfuen, where you can savor eight carefully crafted dishes that highlight spring ingredients. This course starts with a beautifully arranged appetizer platter, leading to bold flavors from Maine crab and prawns, and concludes with a delectable main dish featuring "Wagyu beef stir-fried with truffle sauce and vegetables." This exceptional culinary experience is available for 17,600 yen (tax included) for two or more guests.
