1. Mission of Shangri-La


ChangAn’s Mission of Shangri-La focuses on propelling the development of new energy vehicles (NEVs). The company has recognized the growing demands of a diverse global market and has initially established three EV brands: AVATR, DEEPAL, and CHANG-AN. To date, 22 new energy models have entered the market, showcasing a strong commitment to innovation in the automotive sector.

Among the highlights of their technological breakthroughs are the Golden-Shield battery, which allows for rapid charging to reach 80% in under 10 minutes, and the advanced BlueCore 3.0 powertrain that introduces innovative range-extension capabilities. 2. Dubhe 2.0 Plan


The Dubhe 2.0 Plan targets intelligence through advancements in connected vehicle technologies. ChangAn has assembled an impressive FE team of 5,000 individuals dedicated to creating a fully wired product portfolio. This has already yielded over 20 leading-edge technologies, each setting new industry benchmarks. Technologies like the Intelligent TS Drive and Intelligent TY Cockpit exemplify their commitment to improving user experience and vehicle safety. With 100% of its product line being intelligently connected, ChangAn is at the forefront of automotive technology integration.

3. Vast Ocean Plan


The Vast Ocean Plan charts the path for ChangAn’s international growth ambitions. By 2024, the company anticipates exceeding 536,000 units in international sales, laying the groundwork to become a top three player in the global automotive industry. ChangAn's expansion includes establishing subsidiaries in Thailand, Mexico, and Germany, as well as launching the ChangAn Auto Thailand Factory, set to be their first international production site for NEVs. Since the inception of this plan, over 750 new distribution channels have been created, bringing their total to more than 9,000 locations worldwide.
