In a groundbreaking initiative, Hino City has launched a project aimed at addressing the pressing issue of nursery teacher shortages. On May 29, 2023, the city signed a partnership agreement with Empower Support Co., based in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, to explore effective solutions for securing nursery staff through the employment of potential nursery teachers.

This service allows for work to be undertaken in one-day slots or for short hours, enabling individuals to discover a work style that suits them while also minimizing mismatches in employment and fostering long-term job placements.

b. Information Sessions for Nursery Jobs
- - Overview: An information session will be held for the potential nursery teachers who participated in the survey, focusing on how they can return to work in the nursery sector.
- - Date and Time: The sessions are scheduled for August 23 (Saturday) from 10 AM to 12 PM, August 26 (Tuesday) from 2 PM to 4 PM, and August 30 (Saturday) from 10 AM to 12 PM.
